Production Facility

AquaLife's Jebel Ali production facility, during Phase I, shall attain an annual production capacity from 570 to 630 tons of Kuruma Prawns.

Under ACUCEWMS condition, the following can be attained in
respect of AquaLife's production of Kuruma prawns:

	Livestock of 1 kg in approximately 284 liter operational water
	Intensive production cycles
	Time bound calculated crop production
	Constant harvest rate - minimum 95%
	Full disease control through constant monitoring
	Constant maintenance of natural elements for growth
	Eliminates all possibilities of predators and theft
	Total Environmental control in respect of production

Aquaculture management under ACUCEWMS method guarantees to harvest production everyday, every week and every month, i.e. throughout the year.

The production facility will consist of the following:

	Production hall (steel structure with roof and shade)
	Supporting steel structure (growth-out ponds)
	Pond for de-carbonizing well or tap water
	Housing unit for mechanical multi-media-filter / UV disinfectant devise / heat exchanges for fresh water
	Pond for mixing mechanical TMSS water
	Housing unit for circular pumps / air compressors / pressure air tanks / solar power storage batteries
	Pond to store bio-operational TMSS water
	Housing unit for the osmotic / office
	Pond for bio-operational TMSS water after reactivation
	Ponds for chilling TMSS water
	Housing units for mechanical chilling equipment
	Supply tunnels for unchilled TMSS water for export
	Growth out ponds
	Space quality control
	Housing & Platform units for water quality control / laboratories / observation - acrylic tanks / turbo calcium reactors / storage space
	Sludge collecting tank
	Mechanical swirl separator with sludge tunnel
	Sludge transfer tunnel
	Drum micro screen filters
	Mechanical filter pond with overflow channel
	Sludge transfer tunnel with 2 controlling valve chambers
	Sludge collecting and storage tank
	Multi stage tray dryer and pelletzer
	Bio-reactor with center overflow channel
	Units for the Ozone-UV irradiation filter / TMSS water
	Osmotic control tank
	Gravity channel for depreciated out flowing TMSS water into the filter system
	Toilets with washing facilities
	Area for staff changing and rest rooms
	Control units for sludge removal
	Bio-ladders for bio-reactor
	Sipporax bio-reactor fillings
	Automatic skimmers for removing organic substances
	Septic tanks
	Water temperature control unit consisting of: Oil powered boiler Plate heat exchangers Chillers
	MBI salt water chiller barrels for TMSS export operational water
	Solar panels (1 compartment @ 1 sq.mtr.)
	Bio-illumination "aquabeam" 250W
	Daylight illumination 'Philips natural daylight' 6500 Kelvin / 58W / length 150 cm
	Motorized and non-motorized valves
	Several 1,000 meters of pressure (polyethylene) pipelines and fitting for water and airflow
	Circular pumps for sea water use / capacity 150.0 m3/h
	Air compressor sets / @ 280 / 7.5 bat.
	Ozone / UV water treatment plants / fresh water
	Mainpower "diesel" supply unit
	Underground "diesel" fuel tank
